CELEBRATION IN THE OAKS: City Park’s largest annual fundraiser featuring more than a million lights runs Nov. 28 to Jan. 1. The 2-mile driving tour, starting at 4 Friederichs Ave. in New Orleans, or the walking tour, starting at 7 Victory Ave., includes unlimited Amusement Park rides as well as access to the Botanical Garden.
